Shipping policy

For online orders over 90€ we offer free delivery. For orders up to 89,99€ the delivery fee is 9,99€. You can also choose to pick up your order for free at a selected store location. 

Confirmed orders for in-stock items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days after payment is received. 

Delivery is available to home addresses or selected P.O. boxes within European Union. Orders will be delivered by our partner, GLS d.o.o. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier Delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible. Items ordered for pick-up at a selected P.O. box must be collected within 7 days. After this period it is sent back to the seller. 

Please note that certain products may run out of stock and become unavailable. If we are unable to provide the ordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be notified in writing and in a timely manner. 

Customer Identification Upon Collection 

The courier and/or seller, or their authorized delivery service, reserves the right to verify the identity of the person collecting the goods (by checking a personal or other official document). This ensures the goods are handed over to the correct recipient.
