Shipping policy
We offer free delivery for online orders over 90 EUR
For orders up to 89,99€ the delivery fee is 9,99€. You can also choose to collect your order for free at a selected store location. Confirmed orders for products in stock will be shipped to you within 1 to 4 business days of receiving payment.
We deliver to your home or to a selected pickup location within Slovenia
Delivery is available to home addresses within European Union. Orders will be delivered by our partner, GLS d.o.o. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible.
Products for pickup at a selected store in Slovena can be collected within 10 business days. More information: Click & Collect
Customer identification upon receipt/collection of the product
The deliverer, or the seller or its authorized delivery service, reserves the right to verify, in an appropriate manner, the identity of the person receiving the goods (by checking an ID card or other suitable document), to ensure that the ordered product is handed over to the correct customer.
What happens if a product is no longer in stock
It may happen that stock of certain products runs out while you are shopping and they are no longer available. When we are unable to provide you with the ordered product, we reserve the right to cancel your the order. We will notify you in a timely manner.
