Tina Maze from Slovenia made her World Cup debut in January 1999 at age 15. Over an impressive 17 season career she claimed 26 World Cup wins, became the 2013 overall World Cup champion with arecord-breaking 2,414 points in one season, and won two Olympic gold medals (2014) and a total of four world-championship titles. Since retiring from elite competition in 2017, Tina has turned her attention to youth development, entrepreneurship and active-lifestyle initiatives.
